Sable Plate

Caught in deep, icy Alaskan waters, our Sable boasts a delicate, buttery texture that rivals any smoked fish on the market. It is brine cured in the perfect blend of salt and garlic, then lightly smoked over a wood fire. Afterwards we dust each fillet with paprika just to balance out the flavour. Exceptional!
